The Artist: Eri Griffin

She was born in Japan in 1972, she has studied visual art both in Japan and later in Ireland. She's currently absorbed in using a simple black and white brush stroke style.This, she believes, has come from her graphic designer and illustrator experiences of both eastern and western cultures. In recent years the majority of her work has been as an ilustrator, mainly in the UK for magazine and book publishing, including editorial design.
